CAA - Restaurant Classifications

The Diamonds classification comes from Edition 2006 of CAA - Atlantic Provinces and Québec Tourbook (valid through april 2007).

Ratings are assigned based on conditions noted at the time of the evaluation. The condition of one or more aspects may limit the overall rating, wich is not an average of the rating criteria. Food quality is the most critical to the overall rating.
